The Apartments
Each unit includes a private bathroom and kitchenette. You can choose to live alone in one of the studio apartments or share a spacious two-room flat — several of which are ideal for roommates, with two separate bedrooms and a shared kitchen-living area. All apartments come with a private storage room. Units on the 1st to 3rd floors have French balconies, while ground-floor apartments offer direct access to the shared courtyard.

Sizes range from 30–50 square meters. The two-room apartments are perfect for friends who want to live together or couples looking for a bit more space.

Shared Facilities
The building includes communal laundry facilities and a shared common room, where residents can enjoy dinners or relax in comfortable sofas and armchairs. A cozy courtyard is also available, with direct access from the ground-floor apartments.

How to Apply
You can apply for the available units by filling out a form on the landlord’s website, where you can also book a viewing.
It’s also possible to join the waiting list — the landlord offers other properties in locations such as Frederiksberg and Vanløse.
