The Konstabelbygningen consists of 84 student residences located in a relatively newly renovated building on Refshaleøen in Copenhagen, which was previously home to the naval constable trainees. The surroundings of the student residences are beautiful and green, with the sea just a few minutes’ walk away. The Konstabelbygningen offers one, two, and three-room student residences, ranging in size from 28 to 64 square meters, and the rent varies accordingly. Regardless of the size of the student residence, each unit comes with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Some of the student residences even have a balcony or terrace.
