Kaktus towers - Copenhagen's innovative housing form

If you’d like to live 3.2 km from the city center, close to harbor baths, shopping and city life, Kaktus Towers is opening soon and you can already sign up for open house events.

Co-living

Kaktus Towers is not just another rental complex, but an innovative form of housing that focuses on living with others, under the same roof, with ample opportunities to socialize. The idea behind Kaktus Towers is: Sleep in the apartment – live in the building.

The two towers, similar on the outside, are different on the inside; one tower has communal facilities that invite you to get things done; fitness rooms, laundry and the like, and the other tower is differently designed to invite you to socialize, with lounge areas and a café that invites you to social activities.

Smartliving
All apartments are partially furnished with exclusive and custom-designed solutions, all optimizing space in a thoughtful and aesthetic way.

All apartments include a bathroom and a Nordic-style kitchen designed in collaboration with the Danish kitchen company Reform.

In Kaktus Towers you’ll find both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that vary in size from 33-53 square meters, and the rental price starts at DKK 7,600 per month.

How to apply

You can apply whether you’re a student or young professional, and you can also apply as a couple. You need to register for the open house, which is done directly on the website.
