If you’re a social person, this dorm – with around 500 amazing neighbors – is definitely the place for you! With so many residents, you’re bound to make new friends and connections in no time.
The dorm’s many shared facilities encourage social interaction – from lively parties to more relaxed gatherings. There are three gardens where you can barbecue, play pétanque, or simply unwind on the terrace. Indoors, you’ll find a large communal kitchen, fireplace lounge, banquet hall, and a café.

This dormitory has become a well-known part of student life in Copenhagen – you haven’t really been a student until you’ve attended a party here! If you dream of joining this vibrant community, now’s the time to apply.
You’ll receive a response no later than eight weeks after the application deadline, and move-in can take place approximately two months afterward.
About the dormitory
The dorm is located just a stone’s throw from Fælledparken, on the border between Nørrebro and Østerbro. It consists of 446 single rooms and 23 double rooms, along with a wide range of common facilities. The single rooms are 11 m² and cost only DKK 3,035/month, with a deposit of DKK 8,600 (November 2025). The double rooms are 26 m² and rent for DKK 4,760/month, with a deposit of DKK 11,200.
This makes it one of the most affordable dormitories in Copenhagen – and with a prime location between Østerbro and Nørrebro, it’s hard to beat.
A maintenance fee of DKK 2,250/4,500 (for single/double rooms) is due upon moving in. Couples may live together if one partner meets the admission requirements.
A guided tour of the dorm will be held on November 20th from 5–6 PM.
Application requirements
Residents may stay during a paid internship, provided it’s a mandatory part of their studies and located within the dorm’s admission area.
For study periods connected to grants, research preparation, or similar non-ECTS activities, a dispensation is required.
Applicants must be enrolled or on official leave from their studies, and any internship income must not significantly exceed a typical student budget.
