Want to live centrally? Here you’ll find ultra-modern student apartments close to Mozarts Plads and Copenhagen’s Harbor.

The Apartments
In total, there are 333 one-room apartments, each with a private bathroom and modern kitchen facilities such as induction hobs and a fridge-freezer.

Both furnished and unfurnished apartments are available, so you can book exactly what suits your needs. All apartments include a French balcony and access to stylish common areas such as lounge and study spaces, an in-house café, and shared kitchens perfect for socializing.

The building also features a laundry room, a rooftop terrace for all residents to enjoy, and a smart rental box where you can borrow everything from vacuum cleaners to printers and power drills!

Available Apartments
Right now, there are 28 available one-room apartments of 31 m², with rent starting from DKK 8,700/month (January 2026) and All units are eligible for housing subsidy. The apartments are available for move-in from February 2026 onwards.

Application
To apply, simply click on the apartment you’re interested in and contact the landlord via the online form. The application process works much like a booking.
