About the apartments
The property consists of 228 1-room apartments, each with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and French balcony, while there is access to a communal kitchen.
The property has been developed with a focus on social activities among residents, and therefore, everyone has access to a large communal kitchen and a rooftop terrace.
The rent ranges from 6,200 to 7,800 DKK/month. Additionally, there is a utility charge (prepayment) of 650 DKK/month (June 2024). Housing support can be applied for these apartments. All the available rooms starts from 7,500 DKK/month for rent.
About the area
The youth apartments are located in the southern area of Valby, with 5 km to City Hall Square in Copenhagen. The location provides a short distance to, for example, the UCC University College and the Copenhagen Business School, which are only a 15-minute bike ride away. The train station, Ny Ellebjerg, is 750 meters from the dormitory and can easily take you to other places in Copenhagen.
