This residence offers 228 modern one-room apartments in a newly developed part of charming Valby. Many units are currently available, and you can book a personal viewing before deciding.

Central Valby – close to everything
Blækhus Valby is located in a growing neighborhood near University College Copenhagen (UCC) and CBS, just a 15-minute bike ride away. Ny Ellebjerg Station (750 m) offers fast access to all of Copenhagen via S-train and metro.

Well-designed apartments and great common areas
Each apartment has a private kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and French balcony, ranging from 30–34 m². Residents also enjoy access to a large communal kitchen and rooftop terrace – perfect for socializing.

Rent and application
There are no available apartments at the moment, but rent ranges from DKK 8,000–8,400/month (May 2025), and housing subsidy is available. You can apply directly via the landlord’s website and will be contacted when a unit becomes available. It’s also possible to sign up for other locations.
