These student apartments are located in Frederiksberg, and right now there are available units – some can be taken over immediately, while others are available from July 1st onwards.
The Apartments
The housing complex consists of 188 apartments spread over five floors, with a rooftop terrace at the top. The apartments have one or two rooms and a French balcony that provides plenty of natural light. All apartments also have a private bathroom and kitchen.
Although each apartment has its own kitchen, the complex is equipped with two shared kitchens and common rooms on each floor, encouraging community and social interaction. Additionally, the complex offers many shared facilities, including lounge and work areas, common rooms, yoga and fitness rooms, as well as laundry facilities.
The complex is centrally located in Frederiksberg, within walking distance to Frederiksberg Gardens, Frederiksberg Centret, and Copenhagen Business School. A metro station is also just a few hundred meters away.
The available apartments start from 28 square meters with rent starting at DKK 8,250 per month.
Since all apartments have their own kitchen, tenants can apply for housing support, which may reduce rental costs.
Application
You can fill out a form on the dormitory’s website. After that, you will continuously receive information about available rentals.
To be considered for an apartment, you must be categorized as a student, recent graduate, or young professional.
