The housing complex consists of 188 apartments spread across five floors, with a rooftop terrace on the top floor. The apartments have one or two rooms and feature a French balcony that allows plenty of natural light. All apartments also have their own bathroom and kitchen. While each unit has a private kitchen, the complex is equipped with two communal kitchens and living rooms on each floor, encouraging community and social interaction. In addition, the many shared facilities include lounge and work areas, common rooms, a yoga and fitness room, and laundry facilities. Rent starts from DKK 7,250 per month.
The complex is centrally located in Frederiksberg, within walking distance of places like Frederiksberg Gardens, Frederiksberg Center, and Copenhagen Business School. A metro station is also just a few hundred meters away.
