Ågården is located in the very central Inner Nørrebro, between Nørrebrogade and Åboulevarden. The dormitory consists of a total of 41 student accommodations, with 40 of them being 1-room apartments and one being a 2-room apartment. Regardless of size, all accommodations have their own bathroom and kitchen, as well as access to a communal laundry room. The 1-room apartments are approximately 28 square meters, and the 2-room apartment is about 45 square meters. Additionally, there is a bicycle cellar and a private storage room available.

Ågården is centrally located and very close to inner Copenhagen. The dormitory has various restaurants, cafes, and shops within a short distance. Moreover, it is not far from the dormitory to Nørreport station, which provides numerous transportation options to navigate throughout inner and outer Copenhagen.
