Right now there is 1 vacant, fully renovated student residence in this charming hall. Move-in is on 1 April 2025.

You can apply for housing benefits, and it is allowed to live there as a couple.

These two former commercial buildings have undergone a major renovation and now house 76 student residences ranging from 33 square metres to 77 square metres. The hall offers a shared kitchen on every floor, a bicycle basement, communal laundry, green areas and a lovely courtyard environment.

The location is right in the centre of Frederiksberg, within walking distance of cafés, shops, The Lakes and Forum Metro Station.

The residences
All student residences are modern and have their own kitchen and bathroom. They are designed for maximum natural light and with high ceilings. With exposed wooden beams and raw brick walls in many of the residences, the renovation has focused on creating a real New York loft feeling.

The residences on offer are between 36–41 square metres, and rent starts from DKK 9,150/month. You can apply for housing benefits, and it is allowed to live there as a couple.

Application
