The Apartments
The apartments vary in size and layout. However, they all share the common feature of being furnished.
In the larger apartments where several people live together, there is a large kitchen and multiple bathrooms shared by the residents. All resident have access to a shared lounge area and laundry facilities. If you live in the larger apartments on the top floor, you also have access to a rooftop terrace with a view of the city.
The apartments for individual living range from 30 square meters, and the rent starts from 8,400 DKK/month (June 2024).
Location
The apartments are located on outer Nørrebro, close to eateries and cafes, and within walking distance of Nørrebro station, where you can take buses, S-trains, and the metro. You are also not far from the popular Stefansgade district and green areas like the popular Assistens Cemetery. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping opportunities, and it is only a short bike ride to downtown Copenhagen.
Application
Rentals are done directly through the landlord’s website.
You click on the type of apartment you are interested in and press “Register Interest,” after which you will be contacted by the rental agency.
You must be a student, recent graduate, or so-called Young Professional, and not be registered in RKI to rent an apartment.
