About the apartments
Each apartment is designed with functionality and comfort in mind. You get your own kitchen with two hotplates, a fridge, and a sink, as well as a private bathroom. The homes come as both 1- and 2-room apartments, ranging from 35–46 m².

Currently, 9 apartments are available – The residences will be available for move-in from November onwards.

Rent and housing support
Prices start at DKK 8,750/month for a 1-room apartment (37 m²), and from DKK 10,700/month for a 2-room apartment (43 m²). You can apply for housing support, making it even more affordable to have your own home in Copenhagen. (November 2025)

How to apply
You apply directly through the landlord’s website – simply click on the apartment you’re interested in. You can also take a 3D tour and book a viewing online.
