About the apartments
The apartments are designed with functionality and comfort in mind. You’ll have your own kitchen with two hotplates, a fridge and a sink, plus a private bathroom. The available homes are 1-room apartments of 35–40 m².

Right now, there are 16 available units – move-in is possible from 14 Februar 2026.

Rent and housing support
Monthly rent ranges from DKK 8,650 to DKK 9,650 for the 1-room apartments. You may be eligible to apply for Danish housing support (boligstøtte), which can make it even more affordable to live on your own in Copenhagen.

Valby is known for its charm and history – from the quirky heist dreams of the Olsen Gang to the famous Valby Hill. You get a great mix of city life and green breathing spaces, with cafés, restaurants and everyday shopping close by.
