About the apartments
Choose between 1- or 2-room apartments ranging from 30–35 m², each with its own kitchen, bathroom, and smart tiny-living solutions. Some apartments feature a private terrace, and all residents have access to shared facilities such as a rooftop terrace, shared kitchens, laundry room, bicycle parking, and an elevator.

Rent and support
Rent starts from DKK 8,195/month for a 1-room apartment of 32 m². Housing benefits may be available.

There are currently 33 one-room apartments available. The residences can be taken over from March onwards. (January 2026)

Attractive location
The area is known for its modern architecture, green surroundings, and excellent transport links. You will be just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, with easy access to shops, cafés, gyms, and recreational areas.

Open house:
Open house is held every Tuesday from 11:30–12:00 and every Sunday from 15:00–15:30.
