These apartments are located in TV-byen, where you’ll live close to nature, with Utterslev Mose nearby—perfect for walks or runs. Despite being surrounded by greenery, you’re only a short bike ride away from central Copenhagen.

The Apartments
The student housing offers apartments ranging from 20–30 square meters, with some even featuring a spacious 4.5 m² loft. Each apartment includes a stylish kitchen with a combi oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hobs, and a modern, roomy bathroom with a separate shower area.

Great care has been taken with the shared facilities as well. You’ll find a fitness room, climbing wall, and reading room. There’s also a shared kitchen where you can challenge your neighbors to a game of ping pong—or perhaps you’d prefer an arcade game or another go on the climbing wall?

Outside, there’s a large green atrium courtyard divided into zones for relaxing in the sun, outdoor workouts, or just enjoying the fresh air. The courtyard also includes an outdoor cinema and stage area.

Available Apartments
There are currently 4 available apartments, with rent starting from DKK 7,100/month. The first is ready for move-in from July 15, and the others will be available throughout the year.
As all units include a kitchen, residents may be eligible for housing benefits.
