Available Housing at Nørrebro
This student residence opened in 2018 and offers a total of 47 homes for young people currently in education.
The building includes 1-, 2-, 4-, and 5-room apartments, giving you the option to live alone or share a larger space with fellow students. Couples are also welcome to apply.
All units have a private bathroom and kitchen. Residents also have access to a shared laundry room, a communal rooftop terrace, and a cozy courtyard.
Location
The residence is located in Nørrebro, near Nørrebros Runddel, surrounded by eateries, bakeries, cafés, and grocery stores. It’s also just a short walk from the popular Assistens Cemetery, a peaceful green space loved by locals. Public transport options include both bus and metro, and central Copenhagen is within easy biking distance.

Several one-room apartments are currently available.
The available units are approx. 38 square meters, with monthly rent starting at DKK 6,208 (excluding utilities, which begin at around DKK 425/month).
All apartments are eligible for housing support.
Application Requirements
To be considered, you must be actively enrolled in a study program and commit to a minimum one-year lease.
It is allowed for two people to live in apartments of 40 square meters or more, provided at least one tenant is a student.
