Available Housing at Nørrebro
This student residence opened in 2018 and consists of a total of 47 apartments for young people in education. The building offers 1-, 2-, 4- and 5-room apartments, which means you can either live on your own or move in with other students in larger flats. It is also possible to rent as a couple.
All apartments have their own bathroom and kitchen, and residents also have access to a shared laundry room, a communal rooftop terrace, and a cozy shared courtyard.
The residence is located in Nørrebro, close to Nørrebros Runddel, surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and grocery shops. It is also within walking distance of the popular Assistens Cemetery, a favorite place for walks. Public transport options include both bus and metro – and otherwise, Copenhagen city center is just a short bike ride away.
Available units
At the moment, there are 3 available 1-room apartments. Rent starts from DKK 8,806/month excluding utilities. Housing benefit can be applied for all apartments. One of the apartments is ready for occupancy now, while the others will be ready from November onwards. (October 2025)
Application requirements
To be eligible for an apartment, you must be an active student and commit to a rental period of at least one year. Two people may live in apartments of 40 square meters or more, as long as at least one tenant is an active student.
