The Dormitory
The dormitory consists of 262 studio apartments, each with a spacious living area, kitchenette, and private bathroom. There are currently available apartments at the dorm.
Nearby, you’ll find educational institutions, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and green spaces. The city center is within biking distance, and if your bike lets you down, the S-train is right by the dorm, making it easy to get around the city.
The rent is DKK 5,300/month.
In addition, there is a monthly advance payment of DKK 799 for electricity, water, and heating. You can also apply for housing benefits since the apartment has its own kitchen facilities.

The dormitory offers shared lounges, communal kitchens, and terraces that residents use for everything from shared meals to relaxation and studying.

You don’t need to be a student to live at this dormitory. However, there is a maximum age limit of 35 for tenants.
