The dormitory
The dormitory offers 262 one-room apartments, each with a spacious living area, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Apartments are currently available.

Nearby, you’ll find educational institutions, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and green spaces. The city center is within cycling distance, and if your bike lets you down, the S-train station right by the dormitory makes it easy to get around town.

Rent starts at 5,700 DKK/month.
Additionally, there is a monthly payment of 799 DKK for electricity, water, and heating. Housing support can be applied for since the apartments have their own kitchen facilities.

Common facilities
The dormitory features common lounges, shared kitchens, and communal terraces used by residents for everything from group dinners to relaxing and studying.

Viewing
Viewings are available every Monday from 8:00–9:00 AM and Thursday from 2:00–3:00 PM.

Application
You do not need to be a student to live here. However, there is a maximum age limit of 35 years for tenants.
