Available apartments
There is currently one 2-room apartment available, with rent starting from DKK 14,250/month (as of August 2025). It is possible to apply for housing benefits. The residence will be available for move-in from December.
The Apartments
Each unit is designed to make optimal use of space. You’ll have your own private room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. All apartments include a French balcony, and the building itself is thoughtfully designed to balance privacy with the opportunity for spontaneous social interaction.
The social aspect is supported by green courtyards, shared common areas, and rooftop terraces. On the ground floor, a café and grocery store make it easy to meet up casually. As an added touch, the original trees from the area have been preserved and integrated into the outdoor spaces – living green reminders of the site’s history.
