Available apartments
There are currently 6 apartments available in total. Rent ranges from 9,200–20,900 DKK/month, and the apartments are 38–151 m². Breakdown: 1x one-room (9,200 DKK/month, 38 m²), 3x two-room (from 13,800 DKK/month, 78–84 m²), 1x four-room (17,500 DKK/month, 109 m²) and 1x five-room (20,900 DKK/month, 151 m²). Housing benefits can be applied for. The apartments will be available for move-in from January 2026.
The Apartments
Each unit is designed to make optimal use of space. You’ll have your own private room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. All apartments include a French balcony, and the building itself is thoughtfully designed to balance privacy with the opportunity for spontaneous social interaction.
The social aspect is supported by green courtyards, shared common areas, and rooftop terraces. On the ground floor, a café and grocery store make it easy to meet up casually. As an added touch, the original trees from the area have been preserved and integrated into the outdoor spaces – living green reminders of the site’s history.
