Available youth apartments on Amager

These 173 newly built youth apartments are located on Amager. Right now, 4 apartments are available in the complex.

There are various types of rentals available, including apartments with lofts, balconies, or terraces – some even have two floors.

The apartments range from 32 to 50 square meters, offering both 1- and 2-room options, with rent starting from DKK 8.950 per month for a 1-room apartment (as of March 2025). Housing benefits can be applied for all rentals.

Each apartment includes a kitchen, living area, bathroom, and potentially a separate sleeping space. Additionally, all units come with a private storage room in the basement.

Residents have access to shared laundry facilities, bicycle storage, a lounge, and a communal kitchen for socializing and dining. There is also a shared courtyard, with direct access for ground-floor apartments.

Applications for available apartments can be submitted by filling out a form on the landlord’s website, where viewings can also be booked. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
