Are you looking for youth housing in Copenhagen where modern living, community and location go hand in hand?
In Sydhavnen, you’ll find a newer residential area with youth housing aimed at young people who want to live close to education, city life and the water that characterises the area.
About the apartments
The housing consists of studios as well as larger 2- and 3-room apartments. Studios include a private kitchenette and bathroom, while the larger apartments feature a full kitchen and balcony. The apartments range from 36 to 82 m², offering flexible options whether you prefer to live alone or share with others.
Some studios come with built-in bed and storage solutions, while others are rented unfurnished. There are also apartments with one or two separate bedrooms, suitable for shared living.
Rent
Rent starts from DKK 8,600 per month for 1-room studio apartments of 48 m² (January 2026).
At the moment, 1 one-room youth apartment is available.
Location
The apartments are located in a newer neighbourhood in Copenhagen’s Sydhavn, where canals, promenades and modern architecture create a distinctive atmosphere. The area has good connections to the rest of the city and is conveniently located close to both the city centre and educational institutions.
How to apply
The apartments are rented out via a waiting list platform managed by the landlord. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and be studying, in vocational training or employed.
