Kildehuskollegiet is located in central Roskilde, close to the pedestrian street and only one kilometer from Roskilde Station, which provides connections to Copenhagen Central Station. The dormitory consists of 42 rooms, each with a private bathroom.
Rent
The monthly rent ranges from 3,906 to 3,993 DKK (July 2024). Heating, water, and electricity are included in the rent.
Housing benefits cannot be applied for.
Deposit/payment: The deposit is equivalent to 3 months’ net rent, ranging from 11,718 to 11,979 DKK (February 2022).

- Outdoor area with lawn, tables, and benches.
- Laundry facilities (washing machines and dryers)
- Party room located in the basement of the dormitory.
