These brand-new apartments are centrally located on Amager, close to educational institutions, Amager Beach Park, and the Inner City – all within cycling distance. Public transport is also easily accessible.

The apartments range from 34 to 50 m² and come as 1- or 2-bedroom units with a private kitchen, bathroom, and storage room in the basement. Some feature lofts, balconies, terraces, or are split-level. Rent starts from DKK 9,500/month (January 2026). Housing support can be applied for all units.
