New Apartments in Amager

These 173 youth apartments are brand new and located in Amage.

The Apartments
There are several types of rentals available, including apartments with lofts, balconies, or terraces – there are even duplex apartments!

The apartments range from 32 to 50 square meters, and there are both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments with rents starting from DKK 7,600/month for a 1-bedroom apartment (January 2024). Housing support can be applied for all rentals.

Each apartment includes a kitchen, living area, and bathroom, with some possibly having a separate bedroom. Additionally, each rental comes with its own storage unit in the basement.

There are shared laundry facilities, a bicycle cellar, as well as a lounge and communal kitchen where residents can relax and dine together. Furthermore, there is a cozy communal courtyard, directly accessible to the ground floor apartments.

There are currently 4 available rentals, and the landlord can be contacted for viewings.

Application
Applications for available rentals are made by filling out a form on the landlord’s website, where viewings can also be scheduled. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for the apartments.
