Stjerneparken consists of 42 homes, including 36 1-room homes and six 2-room homes. The 1-room homes are between 31 and 36 square meters in size, while the 2-room homes are 50 square meters. The 2-room homes are intended for two people, and children are allowed to live in the 2-room homes.
All housing types have their own bathroom and kitchen.
It is allowed to have 1 small dog in all rental units, provided the dog weighs under 20 kg and has a height under 45 cm.

1-room homes: monthly rent ranges from 4,463 to 5,889 DKK/month (July 2025), depending on the size of the home.
2-room homes: monthly rent is 7,080 to 8,485 DKK/month (July 2025).
Rent does not include water, heating, and electricity.
Housing subsidy can be applied for.
