Stads Kollegium consists of 39 apartments divided into single rooms accommodating a total of 153 students. Of these, 95 rooms are intended for American DIS students, while the rest can be allocated to Danish and other international students. The building dates back to the 1950s, and after major renovations, the dormitory will be ready for move-in by the summer of 2020.

Accommodations

In the Stads Kollegium apartments, there is room for 2-7 students. Each student will have their own room, while the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with other residents in the apartment. Apart from a ceiling lamp and a curtain, the rooms are unfurnished, while the kitchen and living room are adequately equipped. The sizes of the apartments range from 8 to 19 square meters (net).
Additionally, all residents are assigned their own storage room in the basement.
