About the Apartments

The building consists of 89 apartments, of which 46 are one-room and 43 are two-room apartments. Many of the two-room apartments are suitable for sharing. The apartments vary in size, from 28-54 square meters. All apartments have their own kitchenette and bathroom.

Rent starts from 6,402 DKK/month for the one-room apartments and up to 10,500 DKK for the two-room apartments. (July 2024)

The one-room apartments consist of a single room with ample space for kitchen, living, and sleeping areas. The two-room apartments have a kitchen area, two rooms, and a bathroom. Additionally, there is a storage room in the basement for all rental units.

The ground-floor apartments have access to a shared courtyard, while the remaining apartments have a French balcony.

The building includes a common room that can be used for cooking, dining, or cozy evenings, and it is frequently used by the building’s residents. In the future, there will also be a large shared rooftop terrace. The courtyard is a small green oasis where residents can relax and enjoy themselves.
