Located just 250 meters from the new Skjolds Plads metro station in Nørrebro, Live CPH – Hermodsgade has transformed an over 80-year-old factory into new housing. The old factory, which used to house the Swedish industrial group Electrolux, has been declared a preserved building. The developers have devised a plan to preserve the original two floors of the factory while adding two additional floors on top of the existing building.
Since its completion, the construction has made room for 189 new student residences. There are apartments with one and two rooms. In addition to the various-sized rooms, residents also have access to the rooftop terrace and courtyard of the housing complex. In the courtyard, there is an area for outdoor crossfit training.
