Lederkollegiet is a small housing community with space for 6 residents, all of whom must be active youth leaders in Rudersdal Municipality. The rooms in the housing community are 25 square meters in size and consist of a private bathroom, toilet, and a larger loft area.
Rent
1-room – 25 square meters. 2,250 DKK per month (including a prepayment for electricity and gas of 800 DKK), internet, and communal TV/radio license (May 2023).
The rent must be paid in advance on the third working day of each month. The rental contract runs for 1 year at a time but can be extended, with a maximum total duration of 6 years.
Deposit:
Upon moving in, a deposit of 6,750 DKK is required (July 2024).
