Kolibrien consists of 60 student apartments, of which 12 are reserved for exchange students. The dormitory opened in 2012 after being used as classrooms at Roskilde University. Therefore, the dormitory is relatively new. All apartments have private bathrooms, and there is access to a shared kitchen on each floor. The apartments range in size from 18-20 square meters.
Rent
The monthly rent varies between 3,370-3,854 DKK (July 2024) depending on the size of the apartment. Heating, water, electricity, internet, and resident representation fees are included in the rent.
It is not possible to apply for housing benefits.
Deposit: Between 8,300-9,000 DKK depending on the size of the apartment (April 2018).
