Grønjordskollegiet is comprised of 920 rooms occupied by approximately 1,000 residents. The dormitory consists of five eight-story residential blocks. Each floor has 21 single rooms and two double rooms. The single rooms are 18 square meters and include a bathroom.

Rent

The rent is 2,566 DKK/month plus a resident fee of 64 DKK/month (July 2024) for a single room.
The rent is 4,067 DKK/month plus a resident fee of 128 DKK/month (July 2024) for a double room.

Deposit/Deposit: Deposit for a single room: 4,500 DKK plus the first month’s rent including the resident fee of 2,050 DKK (Feb 2021). Total of 6,550 DKK.

Deposit for a double room: 7,500 DKK plus the first month’s rent including the resident fee of 3,240 DKK (Feb 2021). Total of 10,168 DKK.
