Dommerparken consists of both senior housing and student residences. The building has seven studio apartments, including two 1-room apartments measuring 33 and 34 square meters, and five 2-room apartments measuring 48-66 square meters. All units are accessible for individuals with disabilities and feature their own kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.

We would like to inform you that the decision has been made to renovate Dommerparken’s facade, roof, and windows from 2021-2024. This means that residents may be affected by the construction work during this period, and in the worst-case scenario, it may be necessary to relocate some residents while the renovation takes place

Rent

The rent depends on the size of the unit and is as follows:
1-room apartments: 4,378-4,648 DKK per month (July 2024).
2-room apartments: 4,495-5,863 DKK per m
