Artillerihuset accommodates 128 units ranging from 34-54 square meters, including seven units designed for residents with mobility disabilities and six two-room family units, while the rest are one-room units. All rooms are equipped with their own kitchen and bathroom, and each floor also has a communal kitchen. On the eighth floor, a rooftop terrace offers a view of Amager and Amager Fælled.

The dormitory is expected to be ready for occupancy in September 2020.

Rent

The rent at Artillerihuset ranges from 4,186 to 5,637 DKK per month (excluding utility costs) for the regular one-room units, while the monthly rent for the two-room units is between 6,686 and 6,905 DKK (July 2024).
