Tunet in Roskilde is a unique property offering a special type of housing. The brand new apartments are designed as an integration-supportive cultivation community for young individuals, refugees, and families. Tunet consists of four family apartments, 20 refugee apartments, as well as 10 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom student apartments. The individual apartments are clustered around a scenic common area with a large greenhouse serving as a communal space. As a resident of Tunet, you will not only enjoy living in a beautiful natural area but also participate in a practical community with gardening, self-sufficiency, and communal cooking.
