Bryggerhuset is a relatively new youth residence (though with a study activity requirement). The youth housing is located in the heart of Nørrebro and consists of 81 modern homes with both a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The kitchen has basic fixtures such as a hood, oven, fridge and hob. In the basement, each resident has access to a storage room attached to the youth housing. There are both 1 and 2-bedroom youth housing units in the property, and therefore the rent varies accordingly. The new building also includes great shared facilities such as study rooms and a roof terrace.

The monthly rent for the 1-room apartments in Bryggerhuset is between DKK 4.141 – 5.453 per month. (May 2023) and DKK 5,248-5,356 /md. for the 2-room apartments.
The rent is exclusive of water, heating and electricity consumption, which is paid on account.
