Villum Kann Rasmussen Kollegiet (VKR Kollegiet) is housed in three buildings, each with three floors. There are a total of 84 dorm rooms that are 12 square meters. There are two dorm rooms that share a hallway with access to a kitchen, shower and toilet. Bathrooms also include bathtubs. The two dorm rooms are always occupied by people of the same gender.
There is also a large communal kitchen on each floor.

The monthly rent is DKK 3,358 including water, heating, electricity, residents’ contributions, antenna and internet (July 2024).
Rent is paid in advance.

- Communal kitchen: There is a large communal kitchen on each floor with a dining area and a large sofa area with a TV and stereo. The communal kitchen has 2 ovens, two combi ovens, two sets of hobs, fridges, freezers and a dishwasher. 28 residents share each communal kitchen.
