Located in central Ørestad, you’ll live close to Royal Arena, Fields shopping center, a public swimming pool, and metro stations. The Apartments
These modular student homes are designed to create the right balance between private space and community living. Each resident has a private room with a kitchenette and a French balcony, while the bathroom is shared with just one other person. Rent
Monthly rent ranges from DKK 5,733 to DKK 9,100, including electricity, water, and heating. Danish and EU students may apply for housing subsidies, which can reduce the monthly cost to between DKK 4,933 and DKK 5,033. Upon moving in, a deposit equivalent to three months’ rent and one month’s prepaid rent is required.

Application Requirements
The apartments are available to students under 30 who are actively enrolled in an SU-approved or otherwise accredited education program. A motivated application is required to be considered. Successful applicants will become part of a vibrant and socially engaged student community.
