About the Apartments
Some of the youth apartments are still under construction, giving you plenty of opportunity to leave your mark on the place. For example, you can choose whether the kitchen countertop should be white or dark green, and you can also choose the color of the kitchen wall piece.
The youth apartments range from 29 to 46 square meters, with some featuring a loft area of 4.5 square meters.

The apartments come with a full kitchen, including a convection oven with microwave function, ceramic cooktop, and fridge-freezer. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom with a separate shower area – no need to worry about splashing everything, unlike most bathrooms in Copenhagen.

Common Facilities
The architects have not only focused on creating stylish apartments but also impressive and functional common facilities. Particularly noteworthy is the large atrium courtyard, divided into zones with greenery, where you’ll find an outdoor cinema, exercise area, and stage!
Furthermore, there is a fitness room with a climbing wall, a study lounge, and a lounge area in the basement, where you’ll also find a large communal kitchen, storage rooms, laundry facilities, and drying rooms.

The Area
The youth apartments are located close to scenic areas. For instance, you’re only 800 meters away from Høje Gladsaxe Park, perfect for leisurely walks with a cup of coffee or perhaps a jog. If you prefer longer trips, you can continue to Utterslev Mose, which is a 9 km loop around the entire marshland.
If you want to head into the city, just hop on your bike and follow the nearest supercycle path. You’re only 8 km away from Rådhuspladsen (City Hall Square). Public transportation options, including buses and trains, are also available.

The leasing has begun, and you can attend an Open House to see the available youth apartments.
The first phase of the construction was completed in May 2023, and more youth apartments will be released throughout the year.
