As a resident in one of the 639 climate friendly student residencies, you will live in a green and appealing environment, as the whole 20.800 square metre area is covered in greenery.
A huge part of the greenery is located at the rooftop, where you will also find a running track! You don’t even have to leave the house to get moving.
On the rooftop you will also find solar cells which support the strive for green-energy solutions.
All in all the facilities are top tier. The residence has a library, fitness opportunities, café and even its own movie theatre.
A large private function house frames the student’s social gatherings throughout the year.

The residence is located close to DTU, the Technical University of Denmark. The build is a part of the project to put Lyngby-Taarbæk municipality on the map as one of Europe’s leading university cities with research and education at the highest possible levels.
Even though the student accommodations are in Lyngby, you are close to Copenhagen which you can reach either by s-train, bus or by bike.
