New student apartments in Valby – Apply now

The apartments are one-room units ranging from 35 to 48 sqm, with prices varying from 3,761 to 6,950 DKK/month excluding utilities. (The cheapest units can only be rented through referral from the municipality.)

All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen and bathroom, and there are also shared kitchens and a common laundry room on the ground floor.

The building also includes family apartments and offices, which together contribute to a sense of community and the feeling of being in a new, dynamic neighborhood. As a tenant, you have access to a green courtyard that forms a peaceful oasis in the middle of the development. Previously, this part of Valby was a marketplace for fruit, vegetable, and flower vendors from Copenhagen, but since 2015 the area has become a green and modern residential neighborhood.

Right now, there are 2 available one-room apartments of 36 square meters with rent starting from 7,000 DKK/month excluding utilities. The apartments can be taken over from August 1.

How to apply
You can register for these apartments if you are a student, apprentice, or actively enrolled in an SU-eligible education program.
